Yet another prop question

Have a wonderful 18' Hurricane Deck boat.

We started having problem getting on a plan  (Not Delta type plane)

Just me and one other... no problem

Add 2 more people and she will NOT get out of the hole.

Had my motor guy check the 115HP Yamaha and it received a clean bill of health.

Checked the bottom looking for any build up and made sure it was clean.

Same thing.... Arrrggggggggg

Hate telling people I can only have 2 people on my boat!

My guy says it's the wrong prop....

SO...  what would be the best prop for 1 18.5 deck boat, with a 115HP that seems to have an issue getting our of her own way?

Thank in advance for any help!

@ljk99..... Try this site.  Walk through.  You'll need to know RPM range for your current motor,  current prop specifications and what model engine you have.  This will get you in the right range for what you are looking for.

Any yes, it will calculate it based on the use of a Yamaha engine, just it'll recommend a Mercury brand prop but you can buy any prop with similar specs.
