Through Hull Fittings Rusting Already

I've had my new SS 203 OB in the water (brackish) since May 15th (2 months) on the Metedeconck River in NJ and use it in the Barnegat Bay. I was swimming near the boat ths wekedn and noticed that all the through hull fittings were experiencing alot of rusting. This shouldnt be normal even in full salt water after only two months. Is there anything that can be done to slow/prevent the rust or to replae these fittings with more rust resitant ones?

Thanks. Terri is handling it now and has offerred to replace all the fittings.
