@melisazack, yes. There should be one on each side.
A Y harness is what you'd use as a connect point.
You can get two types of Y harnesses as well.
One that is fixed (http://www.airhead.com/p/heavy-duty-tow-harness-4-riders?pp=24) This one is rated for up to four riders and should be used on the larger tubes
And one that is pulley based. I prefer this one as it self centers as you turn but is rated for up to 2 persons. http://www.airhead.com/p/self-centering-tow-harness-2-riders-self-centering?pp=24
