water run off on a 2012 SD2000

I washed out the inside of my 2012 SD200 and notice that one the the two drains locted in stern appeared to be blocked. I felt around with my finger and it seemed clear.
Can anyone advise how to get to the bilge?

@wgaf2024 ...The bilge area access is through the motor well. You may want to apply small pressure from a garden hose to push this blockage through.
