I have a Hurricane 2008 FD 198REF trying to find out what material the transom is made of?
All composite or laminated with wood?

On my 217 SD the transom is about 3/8" thick fiberglass with a hollow interior. There may be some wooden cross members inside, but I didn't hit any when I installed my trim tabs.
