Hi The switches for the blower bilge acc horn etc. don’t work at start up. The dash gauges bounce when you turn on the switches but those gauges don’t work properly either. After running for awhile things seem to start working

Check the terminal for the positive (black) wires that's mounted back near the battery. There could be corrosion, weak connections back there.
