2022 Hurricane 2486 OB - Radio Issue

We bought a new 2486 in August and just took it out for the 2nd time. The radio which is a Fusion MS-RA60 will not go past the initial "Fusion" and come on. I have tried holding the power button in for 30 seconds to reset and even turning the master switch off will not turn it off of that screen. I had to hold it again for 30 seconds. Any ideas on what is wrong or how to fix?
