1998 GS201 No power feed to circuit breaker panel. Requesting Wiring schematics.

The boat has 2002 omc outboard power. Runs fine. No power to circuit breaker panel. I can't find a fused lead near the battery. If I supply power to the panel everything works, and doesn't trip any breakers. I am a retired auto tech. If I had a schematic, I'm sure I could straighten it out. I just don't want to supply power without knowing if it will cause other problems. Thanks in advance, Tommy
