2016 sd 2486 OB, toilet will not fill or flush

Hi, 
I just purchased a beautiful and nicely maintained sd 2486 OB.  The boat is equipped with the electric flush toilet, but I can't get it to fill or flush.  I have made sure that the fresh water tank is full and the showers/spigots flow water just fine.  I have tried pushing the buttons on the wall switch by the toilet, but nothing happens (no filling or flushing).  Any suggestions what to do?

    I don't have the electric toilet as I decided to go with the portable head, so I don't have any experience to share.  However, I found out who the manufacturer is of the units that were installed for your boat.  It's a Thetford Tecma Easy Fit toilet.  Attached is the Owners Manual for the unit in case you don't have it.  Hopefully this will be of some help.
