My new 2013 187 deck drain drains to the inside of hall, no drain hose is this right ?

Sure is. The drain should dump into the hull, which will run into the bilge area and will be disposed of either through amounts of water collecting causing the auto bilge pump feature to pump it out, our you can manually do it via the bilge pump switch at the helm.
This is totally normal.
