where do you locate the sending unit for fuel gauge on the tank . can not locate on find on FD226OB

    sender unit forgas located rear starbourd , i have a 18.5 hurricane my fuel sender unit stays on full, been asking how to rectify problem put in new sender unit still the same problem

    If you've replaced the sending unit, then it looks like the problem would have to be with the gauge. If your boat has Faria gauges like mine, you can contact them directly for a replacement gauge. Its a pretty easy replacement.

    I am having a problem with gas sender unit stays on full, i know there is about 25gal. stillregisters on full i have a 18.8 hurricane boat
