Where is thge fuse box on a 2013 Hurricane deck boat located

there is a a panel of popout fuses under the helm but no fuse box with multiple fuses like in a car.

This is a dumb question, but how do these push-button type fuses come out? I see there is a little metal ring that I can take off... does the fuse push back through the helm or pull out the front? When I look behind the helm, there is a bar of switches with a million wires, I'm not sure what of these is the fuse or what to do with it. I tried youtube... no luck. I think the fuse to my livewell is bad, but not sure what to do (also a 2013 fundeck). It seems to be a pushbutton beside the switch, but it doesn't do anything. All the other switches light up when turned on, the livewell doesn't. Unfortunately, I replaced the pump before trying the fuse. Please help.
