Fuel Gage on Dash not reading properly

My Fuel Gage is not reading properly, i fill up with fuel and it reads only 1/2 full.
What can i do to correct.

    This could either be the fuel gauge or your sending unit.  I would have you trouble shoot with a local dealer to determine which item is experiencing an failure.
