Just purchased a 2015 Hurricane 188 SD with a 2015 Suzuki DF140A motor on it

prop is a Hustler 13” X 19P. WOT reads 6800 RPM (think it reading high), and rev limiter kicks in at around 35 MPH. How can I correct this?

    All hurricane 188 SS and SD boats failed the USCG swamped flotation requirements. Years are from 2011- 2016, see recent discussions. Supposedly, Hurricane is working on a fix. Notice was sent out July, 2018 to owners of this problem. No repairs have been done as of today. Apparently, Hurricane is having trouble figuring out how to make this repair. Makes you wonder about quality control!!

    North Bay Marina in Selbyville DE. have completed 40 boats so far. If your not close to a dealer like myself, they have a mobile team that will come to you. I'm scheduled around Mar. to have my boat foamed.
