I would suggest contacting a local upholstery shop to pattern this for you. The factory is able to go back to 2012.

I have a 2012 SD187 and also looking for a new replacement Bimini canvas. Checking out RNR-Marine, they are not accepting orders due to Covid. Who else provide a replacement canvas for the Hurricane. My stainless frame is in excellent condition. I just need the canvas.

I am in the same situation. I checked with two local (Outer Banks) cover companies. As a point of reference for you, they both wanted about $1400 for bimini and boot (not frame)...

go to a local upholstery shop. The original canvas and boot cover was junk. Made by taylor. My original canvas lasted 4 years.. Get a top made with Sunbrella fabric. A little more expensive but it has a 10 year warranty
