Doors on console
Rear PVC rod holders added
Bent-up some scrap aluminum for cup holders on front seats
Added some non-skid

Fencing was pretty ugly, bought a couple sheets of FRP and glued it to the fencing. Has held-up so far from below freezing to 100*.
Made jigs to clamp it while adhesive cured,
Corners I just had to "wing it" lol. It can be painted, should I ever decide to, I wanted to wait to be sure it would hold, and after 2 years, I'm satisfied it will (has).
Console seat base painted, and door added. It's split in middle, seat raises for upper storage, lower door for bottom storage.
New shoes

Gauge panel, switch panel, and console Hummingbird 859 HD installed
Start and accessory batteries with disconnects
3-series 29's under console (in old ski locker) for MinnKota Terrova #112 with I-Pilot

Made spot for tools and spray bottle for cleaning screen on FF
Have a H'Bird 859 HD/DI on bow, so couldn't use the US2 'ducer in trolling motor, so made a separate mount for it, off one of the rod holders (no more holes in deck than necessary).
Lining-up cap lets me know 'ducer is pointed in correct direction.

NOCO 2-Bank 10amp charger for start and accessory (electronics) batteries.
Stereo speakers installed
Still need to get 3 seat pads made, but not having much luck finding anyone local who likes making money. Probably end-up buying a machine and sewing my own, and probably for less than it would cost to pay someone to do it.

Finally found a motor a couple weeks ago, had been looking for months, ended-up buying a 1990 Stratos for the motor.
Maintenance wasn't a priority, section of fuel line.

In the process of ordering parts to rebuild (6) carbs, along with replacing fuel bowls (which had a problem with warpage), thermostats, water pump, plugs, seals, etc. Been painting motor parts in the meanwhile.
Did also modify Stratos controls to work on my console, just need longer cables now. Also planning to add hydraulic steering.
The cowl louver vents were broken, and no longer available, so I made new covers, and will screen the back sides to keep wasps out.

Well, that's about it in a nutshell. Sorry for order of pics, but I bounced-around while waiting on parts/materials. LOL, I'm tired from just posting.
